How To Apply A "Premium" (Or Discount) To An Estimate Comp

To apply a "premium" (or discount) to a comp of an estimate which has been generated follow these steps.

1. Navigate to the desired estimate.

2. Once inside the estimate, select the estimate "Settings" button. Be sure NOT to select the global settings button located at the very top horizontal menu.

3. Select the "3 Dot" button located on the upper right corner of the comp you wish to edit.

4. Select the "Edit Comp" option.

5. Turn on the "Apply Premium" toggle.

6. Enter the desired "Premium Percent". Enter a negative value for a discount.
