How To Apply An "MSA Adjustment" To An Estimate Comp

To apply an "MSA Adjustment" to a comp of an estimate which has been generated follow these steps.

1. Navigate to the desired estimate.

2. Once inside the estimate, select the estimate "Settings" button. Be sure NOT to select the global settings button located at the very top horizontal menu.

3. Select the "3 Dot" button located on the upper right corner of the comp you wish to edit.

4. Select the "Edit Comp" option.

5. Turn on the "Apply MSA Adjustment" toggle.

6. By default, the "MSA Adjustment" percent will be auto calculated based on the location of the comp relative to the location of the project estimate.

7. You also have the option to enter a manually entered "MSA Adjustment". To do so select the "Calculation Method" dropdown and select "Manual Adjustment". Enter the desired "Manual Adjustment" percent. Enter a negative value for a discount.
