How To Assign Cost Fields To A "Bid Package" Via The "WBS" Tab In Your Template(s)

To assign cost fields to a "Bid Package" via the "WBS" tab in your template(s) follow these steps.

1. Navigate to global "Settings" button located at the horizontal top menu options.

2. Once in settings, navigate to the "Configuration" section located on the left vertical menu.

3. Select "Record Templates".

4. Select the template which you wish to modify.

5. Select the "WBS" tab.

6. Navigate to the "Bid Package" column. Make sure this column is visible by pressing the "Columns" button located near the upper right corner and ensure the "bid package" box is checked.

7. Select the desired "Bid Package" from the dropdown.

8. You have the ability to assign "Bid Packages" for cost fields only.

Please note that if a cost field has detail rows, these detail rows will automatically become part of the "Bid Package".
