How To Change WBS "UOMs" In Your Template(s)

To change WBS "UOMs" in your template(s) follow these steps.

1. Navigate to global "Settings" button located at the horizontal top menu options.

2. Once in settings, navigate to the "Configuration" section located on the left vertical menu.

3. Select "Record Templates".

4. Select the template which you wish to modify.

5. Select the "WBS" tab.

6. Navigate to the "UOM" column.

7. Select the desired "UOM" from the dropdown.

8. You have the ability to change the "UOM" for cost category groups, cost categories, cost field groupings, cost fields & detail rows.

9. The "UOM" that drives the quantity for a cost field is the one associated with the "Cost Field" itself.

Please note that if a cost field is defaulting to detailed estimating, the "UOMs" associated with the individual detail rows drive the cost field total.
