How To Create A "Bid Package" In Your Template(s)

To create a "Bid Package" in your template(s) follow these steps.
1. Navigate to global "Settings" button located at the horizontal top menu options.
2. Once in settings, navigate to the "Configuration" section located on the left vertical menu.
3. Select "Record Templates".
4. Select the template which you wish to create the "bid package" for.
5. Select the "Bid Packages" tab.
6. Click the yellow "Add Bid Package" button located near the upper right corner.
7. Type in a "code", "label" & optional "description" for the bid package you are creating. Ie. Code "03000", label "Concrete" & optional description "Bid package that compiles all structural and non-structural concrete cost fields".
8. Press the yellow "Save" button once you are done configuring your bid package.
9. Once created, you have the option to add "Cost Codes", "Inclusions", "Exclusions" & set "Default Bidders".
Please note that we highly recommend creating your bid packages in the template(s). This will allow you to use these "templatized" bid packages for future estimates without the need of having to create bid packages for specific estimates.
