How To Create A "Tag Group"

To create a "Tag Group" for a specific template(s) follow these steps.

1. Navigate to global "Settings" button located at the horizontal top menu options.

2. Once in settings, navigate to the "Configuration" section located on the left vertical menu.

3. Select "Record Templates".

4. Select the template which you wish to modify.

5. Select the "Tags" tab.

6. Click the "Add Tag Group" button located on the upper right corner.

7. Type the desired tag group name inside the "Group Label" field.

8. You have the ability to add as many individual "Tags" as desired by pressing the "Add Tag" button.

9. You have the ability to name the individual "Tags" as desired & assign a color to each "Tag" from the dropdown.

10. Be sure to click on the "Save" button after creating all the desired tags.

Please note that you can edit "Tag Group" names & individual "Tags" after creating the group. You can do so by clicking on the "3 Dot" button on the upper right corner of each "Tag Group" and selecting the "Edit Tag Group" option.
