How To Create "Cost Category Groups" For Your WBS

To create "cost category groups" for your WBS in your template(s) follow these steps.
1. Navigate to global "Settings" button located at the horizontal top menu options.
2. Once in settings, navigate to the "Configuration" section located on the left vertical menu.
3. Select "Record Templates".
4. Select the template which you wish to modify.
5. Select the "WBS" tab.
6. Navigate to the "Actions" column which is located to the far right.
7. Click the "3 Dot" button for the "Cost Category" you want to group.
8. Select the "Edit Category" option.
9. Type in the desired "Cost Category Group" name in the "Group" field.
10. Press the "Save" button.
11. Repeat steps 7 - 10 to add other "Cost Categories" to the "Cost Category Group".
Please be sure to use the same EXACT "Cost Category Group" name when adding other "Cost Categories" to a group. Note, "Cost Categories" which are not assigned to a group will automatically get grouped into a cost category group called "Other".
