How To Create "Cost Field Groups" For Your WBS

To create "Cost Field Groups" for your WBS in your template(s) follow these steps.
1. Navigate to global "Settings" button located at the horizontal top menu options.
2. Once in settings, navigate to the "Configuration" section located on the left vertical menu.
3. Select "Record Templates".
4. Select the template which you wish to modify.
5. Select the "WBS" tab.
6. Expand the "Cost Category" in which the "Cost Field Group" will be created.
7. Navigate to the "Actions" column which is located to the far right.
8. Click the "3 Dot" button for the desired "Cost Field".
9. Select the "Edit Field" option.
10. Type in the desired "Cost Field Group" name in the "Group" field.
11. Press the "Save" button.
12. Repeat steps 7 - 11 to add other "Cost Fields" to the "Cost Field Group".
Please be sure to use the same EXACT "Cost Field Group" name when adding other "Cost Fields" to a group. Note, "Cost Fields" which are not assigned to a group will automatically get grouped into a cost field group called "Other".
