How To Enter Or Update Cost Data For A Historical Project Record

To enter or update cost data for a historical project record follow these steps.

1. Select desired project from the Project Database page.

2. Select the desired historical project record. Historical project records are identified with an "H" on the left.

3. Click on the "Cost Data" tab.

4. Select the desired cost data category and applicable cost data field. You also have the option to search for the cost field using the search box.

5. Once the applicable cost data field has been identified, use the "Total Cost" column to enter or update the cost data field.

6. There is no save button, data is automatically saved.
