How To Navigate Design Data Tab Within A Historical Project Record

The following methods can be used to navigate design data fields within the "Design Data" tab of a historical project record.

1. You can manually select the desired design data category and applicable design data field.

2. You can expand or collapse all design data fields using the "vertical arrows" icon to the left of the search box.

3. If the design data fields are expanded, you can use the search box to look up a specific design data field.

4. If the design data fields are NOT expanded, the search box will show the design data categorie(s) which have the desired design data field.

5. To enter or update design data values use the "Value" column, there is no save button. Data is automatically saved.
